“I earned my Bachelor's of Communication Disorders and Speech Sciences in 1990 from CU-Boulder and my Master's Degree from the Univ. of Northern Colorado in 1992. I have worked in the public school system my entire career, mostly in elementary schools. I have worked in many districts in Colorado and have been at Trailblazer Elementary school in Douglas County for the past 15 years.

My husband and I have two ‘children’; Hailey, aged 23, University of Notre Dame alumnand current middle school teacher in Texas and Keegan, aged 21, current senior at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.”
